Why can't my "current" patent attorney do this? Can my "current" patent attorney help? How can I learn the tricks of the trade? I can't cost justify an IP manager. Will this help me compete? Why can’t my "current" patent attorney do this?
Patent attorneys are trained to
take the invention you describe to them and try to obtain a patent on that for
you. Most don’t have the business
training or experience necessary to help you align your IP Strategy with your
Business Strategy or consider it their job to do so. Can my "current" patent attorney help? Yes. It is
usually very helpful and useful to involve your patent attorney as much as
possible and incorporate them in the results of the Projects. If you are dissatisfied with your current patent attorney, we
can work with you or help you find one that will meet your needs. I’ve heard that some well-known companies are making as
much off of their IP as they are from operations or have other huge IP
advantages. How can I
learn some of the “tricks of the trade” that these companies know? These “tricks” are
incorporated into the Projects. As

practices into your business. I’d love to have a full-time IP manager to help me get
