Prioritization Exercise

Creating a Strategic Patent Plan is all about determining:

• what is important to your business and

• why that thing is important and

then creating a specific action plan to help you maximize your efforts in areas of high value and importance within the constraints of your budget.  The first step in this process is to break your products and services into functional groups (we call them “buckets”) and then determine the relative importance of these “buckets” to your business.
