Kinghorn is a registered Patent Attorney with over 18 years experience in all aspects of intellectual property and business.  He has worked as a patent attorney in private practice and with two Fortune 500 corporations, Medtronic, Inc. and American Home Products - Medical Device Division (now Wyeth, Inc.).  Mr. Kinghorn holds a law degree from the University of Florida, an MBA degree with concentrations in strategic management and international business from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management and a bachelor of science degree in physics (honors program) from the University of Utah.
