Bridging the Divide

  • There is a gulf between the legal and business worlds.  Businesses have an almost infinite source of obtaining legal advice from the numerous lawyers and law firms around the United States.  But, most attorneys don’t have the training or experience to give good business advice and most attorneys don’t consider it their job in any case.  more  

 

  • Businesses also have an almost infinite source of business advice from the large number of business advice firms and consultants available.  However, most business consultants don’t feel comfortable advising in matters that have legal aspects.  So, it is difficult if not impossible to get consistent, coordinated advice in these areas particularly when issues or strategies arise in areas that are partially business and partially legal.
