Bridging
the Divide
- There is a gulf
between the legal and business worlds.
Businesses have an almost infinite source of obtaining legal advice
from the numerous lawyers and law firms around the United States.
But, most attorneys don’t have the training or experience to give
good business advice and most attorneys don’t consider it their job in any
case. more
- Businesses also have an almost
infinite source of business advice from the large number of business advice
firms and consultants available. However,
most business consultants don’t feel comfortable advising in matters that
have legal aspects. So, it is
difficult if not impossible to get consistent, coordinated advice in these
areas particularly when issues or strategies arise in areas that are
partially business and partially legal.
